Getting started with us requires a one-time Onboarding with each team that you plan to delegate to. This onboarding process is like a super-fast-tracked training with your new team.

If you plan to work with both our Administrative and Design Assistants… this is for you! 4Dbiz is now offering a combined onboarding, with a streamlined process and a reduced price.

Admin + Design Combined Onboarding Includes:

  • Executive one-on-ones with both Shayna and Samantha (your Fractional CEO and COO).
  • Intro Calls with your new team members.
  • Custom System Of Procedures document based on your design process and internal procedures.
  • Standardized measure guide, line weights (customizable) and layers (customizable) for all design drawings.
  • Custom title block and page blocks.

EXEC TEAM – $700

Includes:

  • 2 hours with Fractional CEO, Shayna Rose to outline our strategy for foundational work on the business over the course of the first month, first year, and beyond.
  • Completion of a proposed strategy, timeline, and cost proposal – including all priorities discussed in meeting 1.

  • Meeting to review strategy and timeline and revise as needed, before proceeding with monthly services.

ADMIN TEAM – $991

Includes:

  • 2.5 Executive Hours, including one-on-one with Samantha, your Fractional COO + In-house training between Samantha and your dedicated Administrative Assistant.
  • 2.5 Virtual Assistant hours to have an Intro Call with your new Admin and for them to begin on your first administrative tasks.
  • Onboarding Deliverable:
    • Custom System Of Procedures document based on your design process and internal procedures.

DESIGN TEAM – $611.50

Includes:

  • 2.5 Executive Hours, including both Shayna, your Fractional CEO + Samantha, your Fractional COO.
  • 2.5 Virtual Assistant hours to have an Intro Call with your Senior Designer and for us to begin on your first design tasks.

MARKETING – $479

Includes:

  • 1.5 Hour Brand + Marketing Strategy Call with Evelyn, your Fractional CMO.

  • Intro Call with your dedicated Marketing Assistant.
