About The Role:

The successful Virtual Marketing Assistant for Interior Designers at 4Dbiz will wear many hats. We are looking for someone who can do it all — from writing engaging copy for landing pages, to building email newsletters, designing automated customer journeys, pumping out blog articles, and more!

Job Details:

-Open hiring. Timeline to training start date to be provided at time of application.

Primary Responsibilities of a Virtual Marketing Assistant for interior designers:

Provide Marketing Assistant services to our interior designer clients, including:

-Close collaboration with 4Dbiz Chief Marketing Officer.

-Manage marketing initiatives for a variety of interior designer clients.

-Create automated funnels and workflows in softwares like Dubsado.

-Write and design client deliverables like brochures, digital documents, and more.

-Write blogs and educational articles with an emphasis on keywords and SEO.

-Pitch articles to be featured in other publications.

-Craft engaging landing page copy that generates conversions.

-Research effective keywords for every piece of content.

-Adhere to best practices for SEO and readability.

-Proofread work for accuracy and quality.

-Create content for social media and write engaging social media copy.

-Adhere to brand voice for each client while bringing your own unique spin to the work.

-Track metrics to determine content effectiveness.

-Direct outreach and list building via multiple online channels.

Desired Skill Set:

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Excellent grammar and proofreading skills

-Ability to manage multiple schedules, priorities, and deadlines at a time

-Knowledge of marketing, copywriting, and SEO best practices

-Strategic problem solving through the lens of marketing and lead generation

-General interest and understanding of the interior design industry

-At least 3 years copywriting experience, with portfolio

-Keen attention to detail

-Minimum 55 words/minute accurate typing speed

PLEASE NOTE: To be considered for this position, you must be confident in leading client-facing virtual meetings

Required Software Proficiency: Canva, Google Drive and Google applications, Mailchimp and/or Flodesk, WordPress and/or Squarespace

Bonus Knowledge Design Softwares: Dubsado, Adobe Creative Cloud, Active Campaign, other marketing-related softwares

Required work experience and education:
