Job Details:

-Open hiring. Timeline to training start date to be provided at time of application
-Part-time employment to start, with room to grow to full-time

Primary Responsibilities of a Virtual Administrative Assistant for interior designers:

Provide Administrative Assistant services to our interior designer clients, including:

-Invoicing and time billing

-Placing and tracking orders

-Remote project management

-Trade communications

-Client communications

-Sourcing and creating presentation boards

-Technology management in softwares such as DesignFiles, Studio Designer, MyDoma, Asana, Dubsado, and more

-Frequent meetings with upper management to ensure that all projects are on track

-Diligently following up on action items needed and thorough communication throughout

-Attention to detail, critical reading, and retention a MUST

-Being comfortable leading client facing virtual meetings.

-Build a trusting, friendly relationship with our team

As you become fully-trained and confident as an Administrative Assistant with our team, you will be quickly eligible to move up to a Senior Admin position, which would be accompanied by an hourly raise.

Desired Skill Set:

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to manage your work schedule, priorities, and deadlines
-Multi-tasking, organization and attention to detail
-At least 2 years experience in the interior design industry; degree is desirable but not required
-Proficiency with Zoom, Google Drive and Google applications, Quickbooks, Canva
-Experience with at least 1 interior design software like DesignFiles, Studio Designer, MyDoma, Materio, Houzz Pro/Ivy, or similar
-Knowledge of interior design vendors, project workflow, and industry best practices
-MUST be confident with technology
