Hi, Designers! Shayna here. Anyone who has ever worked with me one-on-one in an Executive Coaching Partnership (and anyone who read my Notes From Shayna series last year) has heard me talk about what I call “Growth Markers.” Every business owner will face challenges as they grow and develop. These challenges allow us to look inward, refine our processes, strengthen our leadership, and reach the next level bigger and better.
4Dbiz is no different. We reach our own growth markers, and I stand by exactly what I coach with designers: Business growth is challenging. It will never end. We need to fall in love with the growth markers and use them as an opportunity to strengthen our operations every time!
Recently, myself and the 4Dbiz Executive Team have spent countless hours shining a light on our own operations, absorbing client feedback and critical conversations, taking an opportunity to learn and grow, and putting our energy toward strengthening our team (and yours!).
With that said, we have a lot of exciting updates and information coming at your in the coming weeks and months. Most of this stuff isn’t “new,” but officially putting it into words gives us a shared language for what we stand for, what you can expect from us, and why the 4Dbiz partnership is a no brainer for your business.
