Getting Started with our Administrative Team
Working with our Administrative Team requires a one-time Onboarding process with COO Samantha and your dedicated Administrative Assistant.
It includes:
- 2.5 Executive Hours, including two one-on-one meetings with Samantha, your Fractional COO + In-house training between Samantha and your dedicated Administrative Assistant.
- 2.5 Virtual Assistant hours to have an Intro Call with your new Admin and for them to begin on your first administrative tasks.
- Onboarding Deliverable: Custom System Of Procedures document based on your design process and internal procedures.
PURCHASE + SCHEDULE ADMINISTRATIVE ONBOARDING
Administrative Onboarding is a process that generally requires about 7-14 days total,
depending on your schedule and availability.
